I'm so glad you are here!


Namaste is Sanskrit (an ancient Indian language), and means, the light in me honors the light in you. Here at EMpower Yoga Therapy, I honor and believe that each individual is unique, and therefore, I use a unique approach to assess each client from the mind, body, and spirit.


Yoga Therapy is a form of lifestyle coaching and is also considered a complementary form of therapy because it compliments western medicine by bridging some gaps that are missing from their model.


At EMpower Yoga Therapy, I address and work with chronic stress, however, it may present itself, from stomach issues to low self-esteem, to full-blown panic disorder, yoga therapy can help.

Yoga is the stilling of the

waves in the mind.
