Experience the Benefits of Yoga & Sound Healing

Yoga and Sound Healing is a fantastic series offered by my mother, Dana Siegel, Sound Healing Therapist, and myself. Together, we combine the arts of yoga and sound to create an atmosphere of deep relaxation and connection to oneself.


We offer Yoga & Sound Healing classes monthly at the Middleburg Community Center. We also provide Yoga & Sound Healing services for corporations and special pop-up events.

What to expect

Participants will experience an hour of energizing and relaxing yoga, followed by fifteen to twenty minutes of sound healing bliss. Come and indulge your senses with a combination of healing gongs, crystal singing bowls, and drums that will lull you into a sweet meditation...or maybe a nap!


Maddie and her mother, Dana, design seasonally-themed sessions intended to balance, relax, and restore the mind/body connection while adding an element of relationship with others.


If you feel like you never quite have time to move your body, still your mind, and socialize with others, this event gives you all three in one!

Not sure what Sound Healing is?

Sound Healing is an ancient practice like yoga that uses sound frequencies to relax the nervous system deeply. Various tools are used to balance and harmonize the body’s energy systems. These tools include four distinct gongs, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and Tibetan drums.

This workshop is being held every month at the historic Middleburg Community Center. Enjoy healthy refreshments after class and some good old-fashioned conversation!
