About the event
Mind Body Mamas was created for moms by moms who know how important it is to feel healthy on the inside and out! Join us every week for 45 minutes of movement and mindfulness. This class combines physical exercise with tools to help balance the mind and body in our busy lives! Babies are welcome to join mamas, ages 6-weeks to 2 years.
