Yoga & Sound Healing

Join us every month for a refreshing and relaxing combination of yoga, a sound bath meditation, and conversation and connection right in historic downtown Middleburg!

This event is created to bring like minded people together to move, relax, and connect. Ever feel like you don't have time to exercise, practice meditation, AND be social? This event accomplished all three! Each month we focus on a different theme and follow the elements of the seasons.

Please bring a yoga mat and any props you may require or that may make you more comfortable. A blanket or eye mask for the sound bath can enhance your experience!

Light refreshments will be served in the terrace room after class.
