Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, yoga therapy offers a path back to steadiness and wholeness. Together we will explore breath, mindful movement, rest, and awareness practices that help release stored tension and awaken the body’s natural capacity to heal. Each session is uniquely tailored to meet you where you are, honoring your pace and your personal journey. Over time, you’ll cultivate tools to regulate your nervous system, soften the impact of stress, and reconnect with a deeper sense of ease, resilience, and self-trust.
